  It practically seems that the boys run the place alone, there is no manager, the checkouts are always long in line and one is always empty and without staff, the bell is rung in vain. Outside at the entrance it is a battle both when entering and leaving, no one controls the homeless people who try to get something from you anyway, a very unpleasant experience.
