  Once again I regret the terrible training of the people in charge of the salon, they do not know the location of the products, nor if they have the brands. On many occasions it occurred to me to ask for what I am looking for, neither the employee nor I found it. Then ask someone else and so, insisting on finding what I'm looking for, it really doesn't please, it's a waste of time for the customer and a loss of opportunity for business, unfortunate......

  I shortly posted on another Biggie and they're usually 3-4 stars worth. Nevertheless, this one is better. But better how? They bring in a type of bread called Oveja Negra (black sheep) that's made of masa madre (not sure how that's called in English). This bread is not only tasty but it's also the healthiest among any other option there. Other positive aspects is the variety of products they offer at the place (and pretty much at every Biggie around the city or metropolitan area). The only negative I would point out is the entrance of the parking lot. I guess big trucks don't mind it but my suburban hatchback need special slow and careful entry to the parking lot.
