::This place is no palace! On arrival they had no change for 200'000 Guarani, obliging me to leave and search for change. The water was turned off 3 times during my 2 day stay obliging me to hunt for staff to get the water turned back on. I had to ask for coffee etc to be refilled at breakfast. When there wasn't enough breakfast for the number of guests, I was told that there was no more! You need to get to breakfast early before it's all gone! I had to ask for the wi fi password when they should have told me when I arrived. There was never any apology for any of these problems.
