  Terrible hours, the people who work don't have time to go, they don't think about it later it seems, it's only until 1:30 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m., on Saturdays, they don't even answer.

  TERRIBLE customer service, they do not give printed data for fixed-term deposits, only verbal and the question must be specific in time and amount... other banks give a table with all the data..
