Appalling!!! Super slow in everything, my debit card took more than a month to arrive, customer service and cashier are hyper slow, and transfers take days to process, they never arrive!!!! Worse call center never answer! Bothers!!

You can't just put 2 ATMs in Suc Encarnación, for the number of people who go to the bank... you lose half a day to make a deposit, where is the manager? That you should pay attention to those details... the customer should be provided with a better service...

It is a good bank but the Encarnacion branch is very bad service, a lot is expected because it attends 2 ATMs and there are more than 50 people waiting and the manager does not even appear to have a bad job
