  The system they use to give people seats for waiting only serves to observe what the person in front of you doing their operations is doing, the security glass they use only serves to read at times some informative brochures from the premises, the television they use to Supposedly distracting users is useless, as far as the checkouts are enabled, very few service takes a long time, customer service you can listen to everything the company operator says, the questions he asks the customer and also what the customer says customer

  That they make you wait more than an hour for service at the cashier is a joke

  This branch of Banco Continental is terrible. It is cramped and dingy and has a dirt unkempt feel about it. The are several chairs where customers are expected to wait for their turn at the tellers window for service. When I was there the airconditioning was not working and it was miserable inside. Better to use the atm machine
