::The service is unfortunate, I requested the renewal of my card last week, they always tell me that it will arrive tomorrow and it never arrived that day, they tell me that the Courrier has it after the Courrier no longer has it, I asked them where it comes from the Courrier because from here to Rio de Janeiro it is almost 22 hours of travel and the Courrier has had my card for a week, then they tell me that they no longer have it and they sent it to another branch, on top of that they send the wrong one to a branch that I never asked for that he should take it, which is the one from Villa Morra, then I tell them that I'm just going to go and retire there and they tell me that it can't be done, they're already sending to Estrella, which is where I asked for, that was already 4 days ago and I tell him How long does it take to get to the center because I arrive in Villa Morra in 15 minutes, a total joke, luckily I didn't open the account in dollars since something small exceeds them, I can't imagine large transfers.

::Worst bank I had ever dealt with. I sent a SWIFT transfer to a friend which uses this bank for an amount of about 5.000 USD, they rejected it for their internal policy, until that it was fine, too bad that they let us know this after 2 weeks of wait, then it took another 3 weeks for the funds to go back into my account and they made up all sort of excuses (blaming the German intermediary bank, but German banks are really efficient and fast!) and never sent any documentation about their 2nd transfer to send the money back. In total they took this money away from me for 40 days and caused me to waste a huge amount of time. Never ever deal with this bank. Stay away from it. It's as close as a group of incompetent bankers as it can get.
