  Good service with reasonable waiting times. ATM and normal services of the Bank's branches

  The attention is lousy, nobody answers the calls, WhatsApp messages are not answered, they promise to call you and they do not. Seems like they don't want new customers.

  Gringotts Bank should be called it because I think each customer was escorted to their personal vaults and then back again! Too much is expected to do a procedure! Why did I ask for two ATMs, there are only if there is capacity for 5? everyone on vacation or something right now? 😐😐😐😐

  Very slow attention. But the treatment with customers is good.
