  I DEEPLY REGRET HAVING BECOME A CUSTOMER OF THIS ENTITY! I went to cancel my credit card (I didn't want to know anything more and wanted to cancel it), they set me a monthly amount (for the debt I still had) and I signed a promissory note. My pleasant surprise was when after almost 2 weeks I received a statement from the same card that I had supposedly canceled, with a new debt and interest, adm expenses. etc I called to find out what happened and they told me that only the debt was 'written off' but not the card. Imagine how one looks after that🤡. It's unfortunate how they play with one's ignorance. They made a play on words to keep me hooked.
