  This is a handy ATM machine when you are in a pinch for cash. It is located in the COPETROL gas station located on Calle America and it is open 24 hours a day. The only problem is that if you dont have an ITAU bank card they will charge you a fee of six thousand guaranies for using their machine. Also, because it is such a great location it can often be out of cash, or it will have a long line of people waiting especially on the weekend. At least you can grab a cold beer from the COPETROL cash register while you wait.
