::I HOPE YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ELECTRICAL CUT! The place has a privileged location, excellent places to dine in the area. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need for a comfortable stay, are clean and have beautiful views. While the outside of the windows could use a wash, such spectacular views are ruined by layers of dust and soot. The pool and jacuzzi on the terrace are wonderful. Parking is convenient and the service is very friendly. But I hope you don't have a power outage. Asunción being the city that it is, with its orange trees, its flowers and its electrical outages, such a beautiful and modern building is neutralized in the blackouts. The generator in the building only supplies the essentials, including an elevator so you can escape. Which was my case.

::Very good location, in front of the Government House, with an incredible view of the Bay of Asunción. Large, modern rooms, with equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Air, fast internet and TV with premium cable. Desk and comfortable work area. Free garage in the building. Terrace with pool and jacuzzi. In the basement, gym and laundry room. Very close to the historic center, but on the edge. Easy access. Good attention. Excellent price-quality ratio. I don't think there are any better options out there these days.
