  They are one of the worst (if not the worst) courier in Paraguay. I don't know how they take care of anything, the owner is a clown (Denis. R), an arrogant savage. He thinks that because he lives in Miami he can say and do whatever he wants. In my case, my merchandise was stolen, when I told the owner about it he got angry and never wrote or gave solutions again. Be careful with these blackmailers!

  I placed an order on Amazon with the mailing address they gave me and they changed their address and never notified me. Now because of that 2 packages were sent to the wrong address and they wash their hands saying that they couldn't notify me of the change of address because they lost all their contacts. What kind of company loses the contacts of its customers. On top of that, they are not even capable of solving and no one returns my money anymore. Never again this currier crap.

  Horrible they lose the merchandise and then they hide they invent that they are not there when she is sitting there I talk about Miriam who is painted there it is a nightmare to bring with them I do not recommend them some LIARS play with people they are melted

  Terrible service. Deliveries are more than 2 weeks late than promised. They don't answer the phone when you want information about your cargo and there is no formal process for filing claims. I don't recommend it to anyone.

  I have been using your package shipping service from USA to Paraguay for several years, my purchases always arrived, sometimes slow but generally they didn't take that long, except for the last purchase, I had to wait more than 1 month and not only that, the package which usually comes sealed by the USPS was opened and I was missing a Raspberry Pi that I had bought, the lady told me that I had to complain to my supplier, that this usually happens. Now I am looking for another company to make my purchases. =(
