  Terrible attention, traveling friends, they do not allow you to use the moneygram system if you are not a Paraguayan national, for personal reasons from the company, I felt discriminated against for being a tourist from another country, terrible attention... I recommend maxicambios, a more humble company and willing to support you in the withdrawal of money... in fact, I denounced for discrimination in the 3rd issue of police.... I do not recommend it at all!!!

  If they say they are open until 3:30 p.m., do not close before that time; Also update your opening hours on the web please, it doesn't cost you anything. Provide better service to your customers, while I was at the checkout I needed to make a withdrawal and they didn't let me, I had to go out and line up again to enter the ATM. Their cash deposit machine doesn't work and they don't want to serve you at the cash desk either due to "company policy", literally a shame for the attention they are providing, please improve!!

  It's so hard to update the opening hours. They are one of the largest banks and such useful information they are not able to update..
