  I had a BAD EXPERIENCE at the place, if I could give it 0 stars I would give it to it. I took my car to wash the interior and exterior, the first thing I did was tell the manager of the laundry that please do not open the trunk, since I had a problem and it did not close properly, I told him several times, even in the presence of those who were going to wash the car. They told me it would take an hour to get ready, which seemed like a long time since my car was the only one in the car wash. So, I returned at 2 and a half hours, the car was not only not ready, but they had opened the trunk door and just as I had told them, the door could not be closed again. The person who was washing the car, began to hit the trunk sharply in a desperate attempt to close it and ruined the entire weatherstrip of the car and on top of that the trunk did not close. I had to tell them to leave the car as it was so I could go and look for my daughter since, in addition to having ruined the car and the trunk, it took 1 hour and a half longer than what they had initially told me. I had to leave with the trunk door flapping thanks to the ineptitude of the people who work there. Obviously they don't like to work because the laundry room was empty and they couldn't wash a single car in 2 and a half hours. AVOID THE PLACE, AWFUL ATTENTION, UNDER PROFESSIONALS, UNDER SERIOUS
