  High price considering the service, the room looked like in the images plus we found the bed with a number of black dots that can be assumed to be the feces of some type of parasite, the next day we had a start and we found erythema at various points on the body; As for the staff: very friendly and the place itself is beautiful to spend the day. As for the tasteless food and passable breakfast. The access of food and drinks to the property is not allowed.

  Very cute but very left. Pool lacks cleaning and eliminating wasps and insects. Lack of cleanliness in bathrooms, they only provide soap, not shampoo. They fine you if you dirty the towels. They do not provide any food menu since outside entry is prohibited. Neglected rooms, faulty air conditioning, TV not working. I hope they improve

  Staff does try's to do the best they know, but seem to have no training in Hotel dutties. Also way understaffed. Place needs rennovation, but the owners seems to care more about the income than quality service. Overall the prices are double priced compared to the benefit you get. The rating goes to the owners. We had a good time, lots of room for the kids to play.
