They make you quilombo because on a Saturday they are not able to make exceptions to hand over the key, just because they do not work. They must know how to take care of their clients and treat them very well. They lack a lot of empathy towards their clients. It costs them nothing to go for a little while to deliver a key or to follow up with their customers interested in one of their options. They told me themselves that previously they had another administration and that now they are no longer as they said in their reviews. But I assure you that nothing changed. Avoid a headache.
