  We had a room facing the garden, clean, with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Parking on the street, no problems. The guesthouse is right next to the ruins. Rich breakfast, local dishes, something different every day. The owner is very nice and makes sure to fulfill all the guests' wishes.

  We spent 2 nights here. The room was small, dark and very clean. The bathroom was clean and had really adventurous water heating. It worked. The operator is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. We safely parked on the street.

  A beautiful Tourist Inn in contact with nature, transmits peace and serenity. Great location, pleasant, clean environment with all the comforts, the rooms mix the simplicity and exquisiteness of rustic, artisanal and good taste. Excellent personalized attention from its owner, beautiful decoration, has WiFi, breakfast included, typical Paraguayan meals just a stone's throw from the San Cosme y Damián Mission.

  We had a two night stay in September 2018 and we really enjoyed it at Stella's. She tries very hard to fulfill all of her guests' wishes. It was very clean and the breakfast was very rich. We were here two years ago and were very satisfied this time too. We will be back. Jörg and Martina from Chololo

  A small but very cozy place to stay in San Cosme. The room was great and clean, with air conditioning and private bathroom. The owner was lovely and gave plenty of informations about the town and the attractions.
