  The attention on the phone is a shame. They make you wait more than 5 minutes online just to provide you with information. In the end you have to cut without having the information because they are consuming your balance uselessly.

  I was surprised by the bad attention of the administrative or collection staff. In addition the bathrooms of 4 toilets only 1 had toilet paper. Not to mention that one of the lavatories did not work and only the boiling water came out of it. Obviously there is no quality control and the truth is that the services are quite expensive.
