::Our first time in Encarnacion and we happened to visit Novo Rodeo. We went at 7pm as noted on google but they said it was wrong and they open at 7:30..however they served us drinks and quickly got us some picaña slices....which just melted on my mouth. I loved their buffet and also theor price! 83.000 per person. We pay 125.000 at Gaucho in Asunción, and the quality is similar very tasty..❤
