Ask why the delay was our order and the others were already there, it was absurd when they told me that our burger has vegetables, the supervisor's lack of empathy and preparation was the icing on the cake so we decided to buy our order from Burger King. The cashiers and the others are very friendly.

Hot soda without ice. The unpresentable staff. The only saving grace is that they give you the dressings without asking for them... then everything is horrible. The staff changed and the quality of the combos dropped to 0. Please, Audit, field control, they have to do something to verify what they are giving. PS: Due to the rush I did not review the content well and the truth is that one should trust from the beginning in what they give you, even more so since it is a renowned franchise. I don't know what else to say, everything is a disaster!
