  The service is very bad ... they are very slow ... exaggeratedly, apparently nobody controls .. you get on San Lorenzo route 2 to go to work but the driver must wait for the bus to fill up and after 20 minutes he moves .. you say and they answer super bad

  The buses are dirty ... please clean your units. I took photos but it cannot be lifted unfortunately.

  Terrible treatment of the drivers, once the driver tried to invalidate a passenger for not being able to use one side of her arm well and not get on fast, I recommend that they take another line if there is another option
