  Aesthetically beautiful and luxurious hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms (except the bathroom, which had sealed windows and the humidity was terrible). Pools and patios clean, well maintained. The reasonable price according to the facilities... But the service could improve, to make a reservation we had to call from several different numbers to be attended to, because they cut us in the face. The restaurant service is a real shame, we waited two hours for our menu to be served to us, no one gave any explanation for it, nor did they offer any kind of compensation for the bad time! In the end, the plate was very small compared to the price and it was not rich either (a salmon in a white sauce that did not taste like anything) and a supposedly gourmet hamburger (which did not have all the components that were on the menu) in addition the meat was raw for inside, thank goodness we specified that we wanted it well cooked. The breakfast was delicate and varied, I think it was the only thing that saved the experience. For the rest, the concept that they try to sell of luxury and excellence in service does not agree much.

  The place is wonderfully maintained and also has a beautiful patio/garden with a big pool... it was clean and friendly staff at the entrance at the time of check in.. there is however a few things to improve such as that the window of the bathroom has no curtains and its low so people can actually look inside... otherwise in general a recommended place to stay in Santa Rita!!
