  Excuse me Mr. They assaulted us and broke the windows of our truck while we were in Areguá...we clarify not at your hotel...well, we arrived at your hotel with fear because there were many boys with a suspicious attitude on the corner of your hotel...also last night There was no more space in your parking lot, all the vehicles were badly parked... and your place does not offer any type of security. Vehicles wake up with the gate open... that's why we saw the need to put the vehicle further in... for better protection. We thank you for receiving us and we apologize for the damage that would not be necessary otherwise. And don't worry... there won't be a second chance at your hotel either... well, we left very disappointed also because of the lousy service they gave us... when we arrived we waited a long time, because the manager was still sleeping... he himself didn't know how to answer us regarding inquiries about breakfasts, dinners, etc... he only demanded full payment to which we agreed without complications, because if we comply with what we promised... and without even receiving an invoice. Although the place was very nice...but the room they gave us had many insects, lizards and spiders..., a poor quality breakfast and the extra bed is not good for a good rest. Honestly, under these conditions we cannot recommend your place either because you offered a hotel service and since we are a shame for you, for us this was a scam.

  No security in the parking lot. Terrible customer service and poor quality in the furnishing of the rooms. The only good thing is the garden and the rustic style of the place.

  Understand the following: The location within a well-wooded sector, they put it in that 4 star. - Now, there are details for the better, entrance from the asphalt to the entrance itself by a very deteriorated road and without signage that leads us to the hotel itself. - You will see that it is relevant for tourists or passengers from another area. - If you do not know, do not venture to go when it is getting dark. - I managed to find it thanks to some passers-by who were passing through that route who kindly told me where to enter.
