  Gross place I ever seen Staff do not have a clue what they are doing no service at all pool was Never cleaned Hotel Room waz just a mess Carpits full of stain sheets Not washed The picture on the website just lies Deathly do not go to this place

  i rate this two stars, we stayed in beginning December 2017. The staff are friendly. however the hotel inside looks like you taking a step back in time, which can work well for a buissness if it is maintained to a vintage look... not just... old and run down. The elevator was working well however the room seemed very tatty. There was small rain storm while we went out for food, upon returning to out room- utter shock.. half the room was floded!!! the carpet was soaking wet on one side and ok it happens and i wouldnt expect any less from a tropical climate with their thin windows hotel, but what was concerning me was the electricity of the aircon next to the window wich had water seeping in. we had a balcony which was just pouring into the room even tho the door was closed. (it cannot be good for the building as a whole if this happens everytime it rains, mold and dampness can cause breakages?) other from that the breakfast was quite poor. the juice was watered down it was more like "freashly squeezed". squash. We basicly ate nothing for breakfast and left hungry. i should hope that the Management and owners get together and fully go over the building and its services.. it can be something very good.. money may be an issue but start off in the small parts first.. the vintage look of inside can work very well if you kept things clean and tidy. I look forward to visiting again to see improvments Next year

  The elevator didn't work. The sheets were dirty. The air conditioning could not be adjusted. The doors were jammed or didn't close. The shower didn't have a curtain, so the bathroom was inundated after each shower time.
