  The place is very small, they have a lot of customers. Good attention, but very slow, a lot of time is lost.

  Since November 2022 I have been having an ordeal with this bank. They were not clear when selling me insurance, they did not comply with my request for an expiration date for this, in order to avoid falling into default and also the direct homemaking discounts are not made on time and when they discount, the app does not update and remains as earring. It is a shame that one accesses these "services" to have the peace of mind of not having to process payments "because it will be safe" and it results in this. Apart from not discounting on time, they discount you double and do not refund you even if you present all the evidence. They hurt me HUGELY in my financial plans and this is what any client risks.

  It is an excellent place not only for the good treatment but also for the excellent attention that is the most important thing, it deserves the 5 stars 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  Service is very slow, they have a lot of "priority customers" who arrive later and are served first. Eg, there were 2 people on the list before and in between 4 arrived so the wait seemed eternal.
