  A beautiful place where you can enjoy nature and little Salto... the most beautiful thing about the place is the gorge that has a tunnel several meters long.

  Excellent place to go during the week (because of the number of people who go on the weekend) !!! It would be nice if they privatized it so that some brainless people take care of the place.

  Nice place, it's worth it are those who take their laptop to play their puerque music covering the sound of nature and those who throw their garbage 🗑 (plastic can ere erea) around the place otherwise it is very nice easy access just be careful so slippery terrain once near the water 💧

  The Santo Domingo Gorge is located in the Santo Domingo de Guzmán company, 14 kilometers from the center of Dr. Juan Manuel Frutos (Pastoreo), in the Second Line area. It is one of the most innovative paradises that Paraguay has since in 2019 it began to gain notoriety. To get to the place, it is recommended to do it with the guides and contacts of the city, who are people who will facilitate the arrival at the site and obtain the corresponding permits, since it is a private land. This geological formation exists thanks to the waters of the Santo Domingo Stream, in an area characterized by sandstone and the erosion of fluvial erosion. It consists of a jump, also called Santo Domingo, at least 3 meters high and whose course is lost between the walls of the gorge. It is an ideal place to enjoy its cold waters, the natural pool formed by the waterfall and the winding path of the water between the stones. It does not have much depth, so one can walk between those natural walls for at least 20 meters, experiencing a unique sensation, where silence takes over the environment and the faint sound of the water running leads us to that word in Guaraní so beautiful that it identifies: vevuy. In the place there are no basic services such as bathroom or electricity, it is a private land so you should contact the owners in case you want to spend the night camping.
