  They explained where to buy a postcard in English (they can’t even do this in advanced Chile and Argentina!). The cost of sending left about 14,000 local money to Brazil and 17,000 to Russia. But be prepared that there may not be a card, I bought the last two. The place with souvenirs / postcards is called casa x paracaray and is located on Carlos Antonio Lopez Avenue a couple of blocks north of Mona Lisa.
