::With measures adjusted to covid19. However they could be improved. The line is made outside the institution, on the sidewalk and without the recommended distance. Once inside there are places to wash hands with soap and alcohol the gel, however 2 of these did not have water. It would be very convenient to avoid crowds that the appointment can be scheduled online in order to facilitate the procedures. You could even request the document from that platform.

::It had to be 0, lousy service they never answer the phone so they put a phone number if they never answer and the mail also does not check. Also, they cannot solve anything they send you 4 officials and none can solve you. But to eat money if they are, a shame!
