::Excellent place to relax and forget about everything. Awesome rooms, clean, spacey and gorgeous. The staff is very kind and helpful, the restaurant and snack bar are very nice with lots of stuff at a relative good price. Would definitely come back.

::We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights over thanksgiving weekend. It was super peaceful... 1. They have 2 swimming pools- one outdoor and another indoor. Very well maintained indoor hot tub pool. We enjoyed our time.. 2. Saunas and massages... they give you 15min welcome massage and you can add on. It's expensive but if you dont want to go out of the hotel... go for it. 3. Restaurant at the hotel was super clean and well prepared. Loved their menu. 4. Room was clean and we had 2 king beds. Bathroom is very clean too. Modern feel to it. 5. Service in general was very good- people were well mannered. We will def stay at carnaval next time we are in Encarnación!
