They refer everything to the Central and I don't know what they are for if they cannot do their job properly, not even the Account Opening can send if you do not come to press or carry, even if it is electronic. They make a problem with the card, they cannot supposedly make an extract for a judicial report. Disappointed in this BNF Branch

  Very slow attention It should be a longer schedule if they are going to work that slowly and without solving anything Every time you waste time waiting for people And they tell you, come back the next day or go to the headquarters without solving anything.   It is the worst of all BNF branches. If you come here you are going to have a very bad time. And worse if you are old if you are pregnant or carrying a child. They are super nasty. They are believed. 0 kindness. Rows outside in the sun hours. You wait inside for hours, you arrive for him to take care of you, he sends you another, you have to wait longer, then they ask you for a thousand documents and then they can't do anything, you have to go to the headquarters, he tells you. And in all the other branches they serve you very quickly and are more friendly and humane.

  A single box enabled for operations. You have to bring your photocopy of ID for any procedure. They make you line up OUTSIDE the bank. At least the treatment of officials is regular. But 0 points in efficiency

  This branch is a real shame, they never answer their low line, if you want to do a transaction you have to prepare to wait at least 5 hours because there are only 1 or 2 people attending customer service.
