  We visited Bar San Miguel during the last week of June. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Our waiter was attentive. We ordered a mojito but the drink the waiter provided us with was something frozen and green (?). When we asked him to take it back, he did so (no problem) and later informed us the bar was unable to prepare a classic mojito (we appreciated his attention and effort to offer another drink. However, any bartender should know how to prepare a mojito). We ordered a fish plate (surubi) but when the plate was served, it was salmon. The salmon was well prepared and tasty (actually VERY good). It's just not what we ordered. Probably an off night so we will visit again. But this visit was a little less than expected.

  Bar San miguel has a wide variety of traditional Paraguayan dishes, they're especially famous for their Milanesa. I had Bife Koygua which was also absolutely delicious as well. They also have a few seafood dishes, but I wouldn't recommend those because I think this restaurant is better at making traditional Paraguayan things and their seafood is often a bit disappointing.

  Really great place, big food for a big price tag, either way, nice service, nice waiters and all around everything was really pretty and good.

  Excellent service and food
