My mother is already 64 years old, she wants to delve into the use of technology, we help her, but in this case she wanted to manage it herself, we think that the customer service department of this bank would have empathy towards its customers in this way. age and would help in their process, I imagine that anyone would do it even if they did not belong to this financial institution.
