  Terrible customer service. When it comes to money orders from abroad. Sometimes they feel like asking more questions than other days, such as the amount to receive-not everyone knows that information. The client should only show his identity card and sender's password. They do not honor what the board shows the value of the currency of the day. They show one thing on the board, but pay another amount. If you want to change dollars, they have absurd rules, such as: "We only change $100 bills, not of lesser value." It's unfortunate, it seems they want to discourage you from using their shipping system.
