::Terrible customer service, always long lines, I do not rate 0 (zero) stars for the simple fact that it is not possible. I went as a companion with my grandmother (elderly) and both my grandmother and other ladies formed lines of 20 people or more, I asked the guard for elderly care and he told me "your grandmother looks good..." a shame! ! It's a shame to see older adults expecting, if possible, NOT to use services from the FAMILIAR bank, which does not live up to its name.
